Initiate Your Return
Log into your account, go to Order History, and select the item you want to return. Click 'Request Return' and choose a reason.

Get Your Label
We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours. Print it and attach it to your original packaging.

Drop It Off
Drop off your package at any TCS, Leopards, or M&P courier location. Keep your receipt as proof.

Refund Issued
Once we receive and inspect your return (2–4 business days), your refund is processed within 5–7 business days.
✅ Eligible for Return
- Unused items in original packaging
- Products received damaged or defective
- Wrong item delivered
- Items within 30 days of delivery
- Electronics with all accessories included
❌ Not Eligible
- Used, washed, or altered items
- Digital downloads or software licenses
- Intimate apparel and hygiene products
- Items returned after 30 days
- Products with removed warranty seals
