I ordered 30 USB-to-serial converters. The product quality is excellent (10/10), and the customer service is also outstanding (10/10). However, the delivery service did not meet expectations. While I understand that lockdown conditions can make deliveries difficult or even impossible, customers should be properly informed instead of being given inaccurate reasons like “delivery site not available.” Clear and honest communication would have made a big difference. Moreover, when a customer has paid 100% in advance, the responsibility lies more with the sender to ensure transparency and reliability in delivery. Considering this, it would be better to offer Cash on Delivery (COD), even with additional charges, as it would improve customer satisfaction and trust.

Ugreen has very fine products and they deliver what they claim. I have recently bought the Revodok 8 in 1 Usb c Hub, no doubt it is a high quality product but there products are literally over priced compared to similar products from other brands.
