Redund and Return Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

At UGREEN PAKISTAN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied, our return and exchange process is designed to be hassle-free.

Duration for Returns and Exchanges: You can return or exchange your UGREEN products within 15 days of receiving the product for a full refund of the purchase price or an exchange. Depending on product availability, exchanges may be made for items of equal value.

Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

• Items showing signs of use, wear and tear, damage, dings, scrapes, without manuals (where applicable), warranties, accessories, etc.
• Items with visible scuffs or marks, and free gifts.

Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse for inspection, the refund process will commence.

Initiating a Return: To start the return process, please contact our Customer Support team with the following information:

• Order number
• Proof of purchase
• Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
• Complete delivery address
• Contact telephone number

Returns Procedure:

1. Contact UGREEN PAKISTAN’s customer service team by emailing info@ugreen.com.pk to obtain a return shipping address or a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
2. Include your order number and the reason(s) for the return.
3. Choose your preferred logistics company at personal cost or use the prepaid shipping label (if applicable).
4. Properly pack the product to reduce potential damage during transport. After shipping the product(s), inform us by email.
5. UGREEN PAKISTAN will process refunds within 7 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Refunds may not appear on your credit card statement until the following billing cycle.

Exchanges and Replacements: Exchanges and replacements are subject to product availability. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment Easy Paisa, credit card, debit card, etc.).

Return Shipping Cost:

• For products with manufacturing defects: UGREEN PAKISTAN will cover shipping fees (up to 1000PKR). Contact our customer service staff to initiate the return process and receive a prepaid shipping label via email.
• Products with no manufacturing defects: You are responsible for paying return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable.

Important Notice: Please refrain from providing your address on the package to avoid affecting the return process. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with the original packaging.

If you receive a damaged/defective product, please contact UGREEN PAKISTAN Customer Service within 24 hours of acquiring the product.

Double-check your returns before shipping, as UGREEN PAKISTAN will not be held responsible for the return of non-UGREEN products.
